Hi, I’m trying to cancel my VIP so it does not auto renew… but guess what… both on chrome desktop and chrome mobile… when I hit cancel… it just refreshes the page… it does not cancel.
Fix please?
It sounds like an ad blocker or browser extension is breaking that functionality. If you signed up using PayPal, the recurring payment can be canceled at PayPal.com.
Otherwise, please contact support and we can cancel it as well.
I contacted support like you asked, however it is not extensions… I removed my extensions and tried again, I allowed third party cookies… I tried chrome on mobile… nothing works.
I cannot cancel the VIP either. Same problem. The website ist just Auto renew
