I renew manually every year, but immediately cancel afterward because I don’t like annual auto-renewal. 
Just noticed when cancelling the wording was off.
Maybe supposed to read:
We hope you'll consider staying
or
We hope you are considering staying
Steps:
As a VIP member
When I navigate to Support Trakt with VIP! - Trakt
And click “cancel VIP”
Then I see a dropdown with strange wording that is thankfully easy to fix!
