As the title say its pretty self explanatory I’ve used trakt for at least 4 years now pretty much with any Kodi addon you can think off, never had any problem adding a new “device”. Today any attempt results in the code not been valid or has already been used.
So I’m pretty sure after 20 attempts that something is broken over the Trakt side.
