Cannot change username that contains personal information

  • Cant change username

  • I wanna be able to change my username because it has personal information that i do not wanna share anymore, i wanna change it from “junoamidala” to “jammychu” but theres no option to change on the website, and on mobile it says that usernames are currently read only, please help!!!

on the website you need to go to your settings. the first screen it takes you to has the edit icon to change your username

its not there? am i doing something wrong?

I was mistaking the Display Name for Username in those settings. It can be changed from the v2 site but i don’t think you can access those settings without being VIP for now unless someone else knows of a script to pull up the old site. You might want to send a private message to support to see if they can help
