Can anyone help, I have noticed the last 24 hours that I cannot rate anything I watch & so I tried re-authorising kodi to trakt but it keeps coming up with ‘Error cannot connect to trakt’. This is happening across all my devices so I’m wondering if it’s across everyone’s devices? It will authorise individual apps within kodi but not kodi itself which is how my shows etc are added on here.
I was having the same issue; they haven’t pushed the updated version of the add-on to Kodi yet; only 3.61 on kodi but 3.81 was released yesterday, I believe. I downloaded the zip file and installed it manually on Kodi, re-authorised the plugin, and all is working again now.
Thanks for the info, I’m not really that tech skilled so I guess I’ll wait until they update it. Hopefully it won’t be too long.
I found I just needed to re authenticate. Strange, SeriesGuide on my phone had stopped working too.
Probably because the update got pushed last night. I noticed it later in the evening, so I re-authorised all my trakt apps to make sure.
Does anyone have problem with the exclusions for scrobbling?
I had two paths for a FTP share there were working but now with 3.8.1 i get them scrobbled.
After uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting settings, and re-authenticating this plugin will not sync watched state of items in the local or remote library. It simply hangs on the progress bar. Sync individual movies and TV shows does work after watching.
How do I delete the whole cache manually? Or where do I look for an error log to troubleshoot?Using Kodi 21.3 and Trakt plugin 3.8.2 on Windows 11
did you delete the app from Trakt site settings ?
