Clean out my entire collection and watchlist

I need to clean out my entire collection and watchlist to start anew. Suddenly only 100 items are allowed, I have way over that amount. It is not feasible to remove these all manually by clicking each button 2x (2700 items in collections is just not doable, thats over 5000 clicks). How can I clean out the list efficiently? Is this something you can do for me?

How can you select multiple items or all items to delete from list?

I realize you want to make money. And that you therefore suddenly make changes that are a bit insulting. 100 items is really not a lot. I don’t use 90% of your features, just the lists. You should have a different pricing option for just that. I won’t mind supporting, I’ve been using Trakt since for ever, but 60/year for features I will never use, is just to much.

Also my email to support does not go through: Email issue – Unrecognized Error. You should be able to ask for support without posting a public forum - privacy wise this is not done.

Direct messaging support here is the alternate method to email.

You can message support here in the forum, just send a private message to @support.

So you can’t sent an email to support@trakt.tv ?

I believe you can create a support ticket by sending a message to @support .

You can do so by going to the list, and then select manage and delete.
All items will be removed from the list.

For your collection you’re gonna have to contact support as mentioned.
