I want to start fresh again…But i cant seem to find delete all items anywhere.
For lists you can just delete the list and re-create it. For collections or the watchlist I don’t think it’s possible.
yeah its the collection and watchlist i want to delete.
I was going to ask the same thing. I want to clear the contents of one private list. There is no clear/empty only delete the whole list and then recreate it. Which obviously is wrong.
I believe a button should be made, ping @justin
I don’t think it’s “obviously wrong”. It’s just not a function.
If you want to remove the contents of something, it’s pretty much the same thing as nuking it all together. A means to an end
Though, sure, I do see the merit in some sort of view where you can select a bunch of entries and en-masse delete them from your list/collection/watch history.
But I imagine that’s a hassle to implement/code…
ok maybe i missused the words but you cannot deny that it is a normal thing to ask for. i mean “clear” a list should be very reasonable as a button. What you are saying is that i have to
delete the list
create new list
type again the title which is maybe 20 char
type the comments section
click on private or public
dont remember anything that needs to be done
click on create
vs
Click a button that empty’s the list
there is flaw there!
But as we say, it is not a bug it’s a feature
you can clear everything with traktrater .
hhhmmm interesting, i have use this at the beginning to enter my ratings thus the movies watched from IMDB. I assume you meen this option
if i click on start maintenance will then i get another window so i can select a specific custom list ? I do not want or custom lists cleared.
oh i was answering to the part of deleting the collection / watched etc. list i never tried :x
I would have said the same thing. Works like a charm
yeah i did it, problem is … the import from letterboxed i was hoping to use is all messed up -.-
can you confirm that the “custom list” option lets you select a specific list? i do not want to press it and clear everything!
