This method not worked. Also in chrome dev mode console I found that array.js was blocked (this was resolved disabling ublock plugin but not helped) and manifest.json got 403.
In incognito mode there is also 403 on manifest.json but everything mostly works.
so figured that i was not logged into anything else in firefox. might as well delete cookies & data and that fixed it.
so it is not only web cache you gotta reset or delete.
I noticed site works if I sign out (no point in this obviously) or if I sign in using incognito window (using this method now). Deleteing cache, deleting cache and hard reload in dev mode, deleting cookies, accepting or rejecting cookies or even using vpn do not influence my situation.
What errors are you getting in the browser console? Not really sure what else to try, one of the JS files is cached incorrectly and preventing the site from working. Since it works in a private browser, that still indicates to me that the cached files are not being reset in the normal browser window.
