Everything That's Missing — and Hurting the Experience

I’ve really enjoyed using Trakt for a long time and I’d love to continue—but these missing core features makes it difficult. I hope the team address them soon.

  • It’s no longer possible to view all my reviews and liked reviews in one place.
  • Horizontal scrolling is not optimized at all for web browsers.
  • The rating system has been reduced from a 10-point scale to 5 points, and half-point ratings (e.g., 0.5) are no longer available.
  • The watch history before the update appears to be missing entirely.
  • I can no longer search for movies and shows based on my past ratings, which makes it harder to rediscover or filter content I’ve already evaluated.

  1. A section for all your ratings and reviews in the profile will be coming back
  2. Yeah, I hope they do away with that at one point
  3. Half-point ratings are available, but unituitive to use. They’re working on improving that.
  4. Hm, I haven’t had any issue with that? Is it just not appearing at all?
