My favorites have come up missing. When I sign in to an app like CyberFlix it automatically syncs and erases my favorites in the app, too. I thought the problem was with apps but when I reauthorized, my favorites dissappear. Then I came to Trakt and have no favorites! Are they just gone?
Have you verified that you’re logging into the correct account on trakt as well as whichever app you’re using? It’s also possible that you’re having issues because your collection on Trakt (I’m assuming that’s what whichever app you’re using refers to as ‘favorites’) is over the 100 item limit for free trakt accounts.
My collections and favorites in Trakt are empty abd I can’t figure out why. I used CyberFlix because I wasn’t sure about using names. But my CyberFlix is the only favorites I have left abd there are 139 tv shows there.
I only have one account…unless this little, old lady did something…
You’re more than likely logging into a different account. Looking at your account that’s associated with the email address you’re writing from, I can see your collection is full and has 112 shows and 70 movies.

My CyberFlix favorites has 139 tv shows. If I delete 39 will Trakt get synced?
But where is it on the Trakt app? I’m not seeing it.
I found them! Now I just have to figure out how to get the in my other apps.
I do seem yo have 2 log ins. One with a username which is ending soon it seems. Then one through Google. I’ll try to get them married.
