Favorites not loading

i have actually 2 questions

  1. my favorites are not showing in any of my 3rd party apps after i sync… is there something i’m missing?
  2. when i select Trakt in any of these 3rd party apps to view my collection or watchlist …it lists everything except the picture for each show or movie… is there something i’m missing?

On Trakt it seems your favorites load normally. Maybe it is a problem with the 3rd party apps you tested.
Try contacting them about this.
