In the roadmap, there is a section where things are marked as preview. It’s not clear to me what that means - is there a way that I can use them?
I want to try out the “Improved Recommendations” which are marked as being in “Preview”.
How do I do this?

The Preview section is sometimes used for features that we are testing with VIPs (eg: the new Android TV app was in Preview on a VIP best testing track for a bit before we moved to production), sometimes used for features that are being tested internally (eg: the Discord Trakt Presence Bot is currently in Preview because we are still ironing out some bugs), and sometimes used for features that are live but we are still monitoring and tweaking (eg: the Improved Recommendations or the Plex Sync).
So, we’re using the Preview section to let people know that it’s there (at maybe ~90%) but we are still working on it. I’m taking a note for myself to add more information to the Preview section to let you know what is VIP and what is not.
With Improved Recommendations specifically, we’ve already improved the algorithm and we are still tweaking it. It is also something that is not as visible as a new feature or a new platform, so I understand the confusing state of “previewing something that is not visible”
