How to configure back proper interface not this app nonsense? I need sort by title and various filter combinations, etc. Now if open my watchlist it does not follow alphanumeric sorting and is sort of random.

Try to log out and log in again. I had the same problem. It seems to be a cookie/storage problem.
as a vip user you can still get to v2 by going to the following link for now:

For some reason on mobile phone website tries it hardest to redirect me to app.trakt.tv even if I input this link. the only thing that helps is me clearing out the cache completely, but I can’t be doing that all the time.

It adds this ref even though I am logged in on mobile phone when trying dashboard link.
However it looks like if I directly input my user link it kinda works:

does not work for me. I’m VIP and even this link redirects to app.trakt.tv
The new layout is absolut crap.
Try link to your user lists. That kinda worked for me
