I’m having a problem with my lists. When I try to change the order, it’s not working. It just won’t move.

Yes, there is a problem with all the lists for me too. Everything is sorted by date added, ranked lists have been reranked by date added as well, and it’s impossible to change the order, it will just reset to the previous order after refreshing.
I confirm there is something wrong with lists order. I guess the issue is pretty serious, since my Watchlist rank order is completely messed up and I can’t even re-order it, because after reloading the page it resets to the previous wrong order. ![]()

I have the same problem. All my watchlists sorted by “rank” now are somehow sorted by “Added Date”, although the option still shows sorted by Rank.
I’m glad I’m not the only one. I went to save the list as a CSV in case the order gets nuked or I lose the list and it wont even save as CSV either. It just send me to a “manage” page telling me congrats that I am a VIP, so I’m like thanks but give me the CSV.
Same issue. It looks like the lists are in order in the preview on the dashboard, but when I go to one, they are all out of order.
Same. Rank, out of user order. Saving or reordering-Reset doesn’t work … Keep showing random order after page refresh.

Same issue. I just sent a message to @support about it. When you export the list as a CSV (it did successfully export it for me, via the website at least), the ranks are different than as-displayed though (pretty sure it’s an earlier snapshot?), so perhaps the page is pulling the ranks from some frozen, earlier version of the database?
This issue is in both the web version, and the official Android app.
Not sure if this is related or not, but my RSS feeds for my lists broke some time in the last ~2 weeks also.
I have the same problem. Plus all the lists I spent ages putting in the order I want have randomly reordered themselves. If I try and put them back in the order I want it won’t save.

After reading this I checked my lists and my ranked best picture list is messed up as well.
Hopefully it’s an easy fix.
You better don’t try to re-order it, before this issue is fixed. If my guess is right, then the ranking of your list is still in order on the database, but when you open your list or try to order them by rank, you will get the “Added Date” order. If you try to change this an save it as your rank order, then it might overwrite your rank order with your added date order on the database and the issue might be permanent. That would explain, why your dashboard preview is messed up as well.
You could be right. When I export my lists they are still in the correct order in the .csv file.

Will the Trakt admins fix this? We’re paying for the service, and we still can’t use normal functionalities. Every few days there’s some new problem!
