All my lists rank order messed. Frustrating.

All mine are messed up too. I had my currently watching list in order of when the shows air on TV so I can keep track of what night everything is on and it’s frustrating that the list is all mixed up now. Is there any update on getting this fixed from the Trakt team? I haven’t seen them say anything about this, but I’m not on the forums much and might have missed it

I just pushed a fix so ranking order should display properly on the website and apps.

I have reordered my list. It seems fix is working.

My lists were working fine. Now after the “fix” I am getting error 500 page now :smiling_face_with_tear:

Not only did the fix not revert the order of the items on my watchlist to the pre-bug positions but now it takes me 2 or 3 tries to move a single item.

Yea, it looks like it put the lists that I didn’t touch back in order, but the list I did try to move things around, is in the same state, and it will not let me reorder. Gives an error and then goes back to the current order.

Thank you very much for the fix, but also for me it didn’t revert the order of my watchlist to the pre-bug positions. Is there a way to restore the correct order or I have to reorder everything manually?

Which URL is giving a 500? I’ll have another fix out in a few minutes that might correct this.

Can you provide more details or a video showing this?

The bug was a display bug, but if you re-ordered things it would save what was shown on the screen and there is no way for me to restore the original order unfortunately.

Let´s say for example that an item was in position 5 on my watchlist before the bug and now is in position 36. I change it in the browser back to 5. Then I refresh the page and it goes back to 36. Rinse and repeat another two times until it stays on 5. That goes for every single item on the list.
