I want to stop recording viewing history for a period of time. How can I do this?

Well, your not VIP so you aren’t using PlexSync or the webhook, otherwise I’d say delete the Trakt Webhook or disable PlexSync.
What are you using to record your viewing history to Trakt?
Whatever program or script you use to sync the viewing history to trakt, disable it.
