Images fail to download in email notifications

Hi,
I’m using Microsoft outlook for my email app and the browser version (I tried both Chrome and Edge) of the app can’t load the images from the weekly notification.
The mobile version works fine.

The reason I post it here instead of reporting it to Microsoft is that based on the error message in the console/devtool, it seems to be your server that blocks the download. I see a 403 forbidden.

If I go to the Request URL manually in the browser, the image loads fine.

The images have protection against hotlinks (so other sites don’t load Trakt images). I wonder what Outlook is doing differently when loading them.

I actually have exactly the same issue. Strangely the “new Outlook” app which is HTML based, I believe, displays the images OK.

There was a new newsletter today from Trakt (Trending Digest) - same issue, etc for the popcorn image at the bottom!
