We can already scrobble with stremio but is there anyway to integrate stremio with the trakt app as in click on a movie in trakt hit the watch button and it opens stremio

No plans to do this. The best option I can suggest is creating a custom browser extension to overlap any buttons you want on top of the Trakt website.
