I have a list initially set to private but I’m trying to to make it public and it’s still private. Also trying to create new lists and they are not showing up.

It’s private. Now trying to delete a list and I’m getting the message Doh! This isn’t your list.
Try going to your settings and ‘Reset Browser Data’. Then try again.
You can also try marking something as watched and unmarking it later, that also resets your cache.
