How to delete a list

I have looked at previous entries in here, but it mentions a red cross to delete the list. There is no red cross on the website for me. I do not know if this is related to it, I am vip. please help.
I have a red cross only on my private lists, but not the others.
I cannot change a public list to a private list to delete it.

for others: I think I have the answer to this question.

‘watchlist’ and ‘favorites’ are 2 lists created automatically and cannot be deleted.

any other list can be changed from private to public and so forth, as well as deleted with the red cross on the top right.
