Lists are appearing on my lists page that I did not create or like

Short description of the issue

  • Why has a 2026 Oscar Winners list appeared in my personal lists?

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • Today I’m seeing lists I never created appear in my lists section. I didn’t hit like for this list either, so I have no idea why it’s appearing. Is this supposed to be happening? If so, can I suggest moving these “suggested” lists to the discovery page where other trending media is?

  • I’ve attached a screenshot of the list that should not be here. I’ve minimized my other lists. Thanks!

I see this list in v3 as well and agree suggested/highlighted lists like this should be clearly marked as such and not just thrown in with users’ own lists.

I’m not seeing this list on my page. for what its worth, its also not in your personal lists; that would be in the “my lists” section. I did have a random “smart list” generated on my v3 page that was completely incorrect. it was titled “Anime - A1 Pictures Studio” but the shows/movies inside had nothing to do with that anime studio and I’ve deleted it for now since I already have a list for that studio that is updated at mdblist.com

Yeah, this is supposed to happen for featured lists. I don’t think that’s the final version of their implementation, so feel free to open a feedback ticket with improvement ideas. :slight_smile:

Ah, good to know it’s not just me. I’ll look into opening a feedback ticket with my suggestion then, thanks!

Personal lists that I’ve created should appear above any suggested or featured lists imo.
