My data is completly gone! There’s no data any more in my account, except for a movie. And I have been a member since 2015! What happened?
For future reference, tag that account so the appropriate team members can be notified.
Also, a much more direct way is to send an email to support@trakt.tv to start a support ticket. That’s usually much faster and they can communicate with you easier about personal information that might help them figure out what happened.
@williansw Someone from support will take a look in to this. My immediate guess is you might have created a new account and signed into that? This could happen if you sign in using Google/Apple for example, and that wasn’t linked with your original account.
@terryapodaca Support staff checks these messages and can convert them to private messages for continued support if needed. In general there is no need to create another message directly to support, which might just end up adding more dupes for the support staff to deal with. Appreciate you chiming in though.
@justin No worries. I’ve seen some of your mods post the same thing so I just did what I have seen done in the past. I won’t bother doing this again.
