Short description of the issue

  • My viewing data is not showing up

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • I logged into the platform after years and there’s nothing in the “History,” “Progress,” or “Library” sections. But I do have data in “Ratings” and “List.”

    Is this normal? Is it possible to recover the data?

   I think I havent accessed the platform since 2021.
