I lost 311 episodes from my history after an Emby sync error. The shows affected were mainly Dexter, The Office, and Death Note.
I already emailed support and attached my Showly backup with timestamps, but I’m posting here too in case others have faced the same issue or if staff can confirm restoration is possible.
