Media, Shows and Movies toggle does nothing

Short description of the issue

  • Switching between Media, Shows and Movies do not work on https://app.trakt.tv homepage as well as in filter in pages like Trending, Releases, etc. on web on Chrome.

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • Just go pages where Media, Shows and Movies options are available. Try switching between them. Nothing is changed and URL query for mode doesn’t change either.

May I ask what browser are you using?
In general those toggles should work, so any information you can give us on what device this is happening can help us find our why.
Do you use any extensions that might be messing with that area?

@Sonply I am using Google Chrome Version 150.0.7871.47 (Official Build) (arm64) on Mac.

Can you test if the same issue happens using a private tab?

@Sonply With or without browser extensions, Chrome private tab, Safari and Firefox all don’t work.

Same problem, Chrome Version 149.0.7827.201 and also tried Firefox

This is still an issue, and now I don’t have access old UI anymore.

Hi,
I’ve reported this issue to the developers and they are investigating.

The new UI is really hard to use compared to old UI. UX is not as good even if UI looks polished.

Same thing on Firefox. Disabling extensions makes no difference.

@Sonply Confirmed fix for me on all three browsers, Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
