Why was this change implemented? The system was working perfectly fine even for lists having more than 5,000 items. Why wasn’t VIP members notified ahead of time. You do realize people are paying for advertised features and you just happen to change them without notice and keep charging for something you’re not delivering anymore. I’va paid for a 10,000 limit, not a 5,000 limit. Implementing these changes should be applied only to new subscriptions. Current subscriptions were sold on a 10,000 limit. This is fraud, you’re not delivering what I was promised when I signed up. This shows no respect for your customers. On a personal note, having an upgrade for 10,000 items on every list is the only reason I’m paying for Trakt VIP (a feature I don’t think it’s worth the price of going premium but still I pay it to use it and support the developers -which now makes me wonder if they actually care about their users they way I care and support their work-).

Is this a permanent change? I’m canceling and asking for a refund if this change is not reverted in the upcoming days. It’s one thing having to deal with the downgraded “new” version of Trakt, but stripping advertised features users already paid for… that’s just fraud.
