This is not an isolated incident.
I refreshed it for you and it appears to be back now. Why it disappeared in the first place is another problem!
There was a bug that unfortunately removed that episode. It was created again after a refresh, so it needs to be manually marked as watched.
The bug is now fixed so it shouldn’t happen again.
