the show was missing the imdb id on the details for TMDB to allow for importing. it should be available for import within 24 hours now that i’ve added the ID
Alright, thank you! I didn’t know an IMDB id was a requirement. Are such requirements spelled out somewhere?
it’s been mentioned many times in the forums, but also on the import page which is currently only available on the old version of trakt so only VIP can see that basically.
so yes, but it’s got poor visibility
just to add, they prefer exactly what you did for now. come to the forums and link the show or movie that you’re trying to import so they can add it or review why it’s not importing. once there’s an import option on the new website we’ll be able to use that again
