I don’t understand something, when I check my Progress List I don’t see a documentary called Lava Land. When I search the show I can find it and see that I watched all.
When I check a third party called Watcht I see it as having 0 episodes and “Congrats! You watched all 0 episodes (2 plays)”
I’m confused
B.t.w., this, most probably, applies to a documentary called Space Files as well…
The link Justin provided is in the settings page and it’s where you’re able to restore hidden items, so yes anything hidden would be on that page.
My last thought is that you have filters set that are preventing some shows to be seen. Trying turning off all the filters with the eye icon and see if it’s there on the progress list.
Well, I really don’t care. I’m trying to point out some inconsistencies in the site content and am treated as a liar. I’m sure nothing will be done, apart from looking for new ways to shift the blame…
No, you’re just having a misunderstanding. In the OP you said the docu series wasn’t on your progress list. If that’s the case it is very possible that you have hidden it. Which Justin wanted you to check.
Then you stated that if that were the case (it being hidden) you didn’t expect it there (on the page being linked? Kate replied with how hiding works. On the progress page? You mentioned it wasn’t there yourself)
So no need to play the victim here. The stuff is on your progress page, as indicated by your screenshots. Just also with 2 episodes out of 0.
Which may or may not be related to it having no airdates.
The issue is having no air dates. We require those to calculate progress and without air dates, we assume nothing has aired for the show. Once air dates are added to the data source (TMDB or TVDB), Trakt will auto update about 24 hours later and the progress will start calculating.
