From my understanding shows that are on tmdb should automatically get added onto trakt, but there are quite a few shows on tmdb that are not on trakt. I saw something about them needing ids but the ones I’ve seen has ids, is there something I can add to them on tmdb so that they get added to trakt, or is this some kind of bug. A few examples are:
Love algorithm
Love penalty
Dangerously sweet
there are way more, some movies too but these are just a few of them. Again is there something I can do for these or other missing shows in the future for them to be added or is there something else that’s wrong?

Mermaids jade
Fanatic love

All but the last one are missing IMDB ID. Once that’s added it should import in 24hrs (according to support but there maybe ongoing issues).
I’ve tried updating them again. Although is it only possible for them to get added if there is a IMDb id added? I know of some shows that are on tmdb that doesn’t have imdb ids but they’re still on trakt, how come? For example this show Love Enemy (TV Series 2024-2024) — The Movie Database (TMDB) but it’s still on trakt. I just think it’s said cause a lot of Asian dramas don’t have imdbs but they’re on tmdb but then they don’t get added to trakt so we can’t track them on there
Yes, only if the external IDs (IMDB, TVDb or both) are there. Trakt used to use TVDB so it’s possible those are remnants from then. The requirement for the ID is to prevent duplicates here on trakt.
Ah I see. Some of them are on trakt now but they don’t shows up when you search for them you can only see them under the actors. Is it because they’re newly added and will show up later when searching for them?
