Currently there are only two placeholders to move around the shared text, but it would be nice to have more and also to format the shared post in a textarea instead of a one-liner…
For example, I use my custom hashtag to share, but there’s no way to add it to the end - it appears at the beginning at best, but it’s really bad practice if you keep in mind screen readers and people with poor vision
Now what happens, is this:
My rating for [item] is [stars] - #TraktTVActivity
becomes this mess:
My rating for Class of '07 is ★★★★★★★★☆☆ - #TraktTVActivity trakt.tv/shows/class-of-07 #ClassOf07 #trakt
What I would love to have, is nicely formatted:
[stars]
[item] ([link])
[genres]
#TraktTVActivity [trakthashtags]
which would render:
★★★★★★★★☆☆
Class of '07 (trakt.tv/shows/class-of-07)
#Comedy #Drama
#TraktTVActivity #ClassOf07 #trakt
So my suggestion would be to add at least [link]
and [genres]
placeholders (see this topic about genres suggestion) and make templates as multiline texts
I don’t really have a strong opinion about [trakthashtags]
- they can be added automatically at the very end as they are now
