Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • For months cinetrak has been randomly and without notice changing, adding, or removing titles from my lists on its own. Then all of a sudden half of the lists are completely gone and those that remain have been reduced from hundreds of titles to 10. The list number fisplayed is wrong. Each list has been reduced to 10 titles. Why? I use the cinetrak app everyday so this is incredibly inconvenient and ridiculous to have to deal with at all

I’ve had the same problem. A lot of time is wasted when you think you’ve done something wrong and in the end, they solve it without you knowing what happened.
