This animation when scrolled to top is really annoying and it also messes up tooltips. E. g. in dashboard, when scrollbar is already fully at the top, whole page still keeps slowly scrolling for a second or so, except tooltips. They stay in place as expected, but then it detaches from the poster, where it should instead stay

Agree, the redesign looks slick but that last “bumping” animation where the navigation bumps up is veeeery distracting. (I also see the “stuck” tooltips.)
