Plex hasn’t synced since July 11th

Attempting to access Plex settings in the menu on web logs me off Trakt and kicks me out to the front page. Logging back in just drops me back to the home page. Can’t access it at all.

I can’t find anything regarding Plex sync on the Android app. The “All Settings” link just opens a blank page.
