My ReelGood is in sync with Trakt, at least partially. How do I sync my custom ReelGood lists on ReelGood?

I have several custom lists in ReelGood. I have the RealGood sync to Trakt. How can I get my custom lists from ReelGood to sync with my Trakt account?

I am having a similar problem … I am trying to get my ReelGood list (because I just got Trakt) into Trakt. It seems to have sync’d from Trakt into Reelgood (as nothing came over) … but I can’t seem to get those items into a trakt list … any suggestions?
You can’t. The initial sync is only from Trakt to Reelgood. Not the other way around.
What is reelgood though? Is it watched history? Of you can get an export of it, maybe you can import it. But you might have to do a lot of formatting.
I suggest just starting “fresh” or manually adding watches as you stumble upon movies you’ve seen.

Starting fresh … is not going to be fun. They don’t appear to allow exports … which is why I was trying to get my data sync’d here so I COULD export it. I have … 100s (maybe 1000s?) of movies that I watched. It is a good thing (likely like this) which tells me which services different movies or TV are currently on.
I appreciate the disclaimer … and trust me … I am ready to start something “fresh” … but damn … 40 years of movies in my memory. I just need room in the natural hard drive 
At one point Reelgood did have a 2 way sync, but the integration is fully managed on their side. I think they kinda stopped supporting it since I’ve heard off an on for years about it not working. Not sure what we do on the Trakt side unfortunately.
