I hate the v3 version and am very unset that I was forced to use it today. That being said, I can not figure out how to refresh tv episodes. For example the soap opera the bold and beautiful doesn’t show this weeks current episodes. The info in on TMDB but I can’t find where the data refresh button is on V3.. I hate this!!!

Mine doesn’t even show this on the app. When I click the dots it shows watch again, view history, remove from history, manage list, set as cover image. That’s all. No details, notes, add review, drop show or refresh data..
Thank you for letting me know. I was sitting here getting more and more mad because I couldn’t find it. Bing able to data refresh was one of my main reasons for becoming a vip years ago and now i can’t. I need V2 back until everything with v3 is complete and working with ALL vip features. Sorry for venting but its been a stressful day with V3 being forced on all users.

I think there is a major issue with refreshes not working at the moment. Multiple series are not getting updated even after waiting 24 hours from the update being made at TMDB and refreshing in the iOS app after that time. Support hasn’t responded to any of my tickets on this issue.

List other shows you are seeing issues with here so we can have a consolidated list if they decide to look into it.
Some of the new folks may be having similar issues. Seeing a bunch of them that should be all set not showing up, but don’t know if that’s because they are foreign titles.
But as VIP user I should have the ability to manually refresh the data myself. I have already requested a refresh and on was done but it didn’t refresh anything.
Season 39 episode 208 was incorrectly listed as Friday, July 9, 2026 instead of Thursday, July 9, 2026. It was corrected in TMDB over a week ago and had a data refresh, but the info here has not updated. Also all episodes after the incorrect one will not show on here as well.
@justin Thanks but I think something is a wrong with this series. It won’t refresh to pull in episode details (title, description, etc.) and it’s been over a week. Can you or someone else take a look please?
ok, but it still hasn’t refreshed ANY episode info since Thursday July 9th and requesting for a refresh does nothing to correct episode #208 which says Friday the 9th instead of Thursday the 9th. Can you do anything to fix that??
Thanks for looking, @Justin. Little House on the Prairie is still not getting updated. Just queuing it for a refresh is not working. Something else is going on behind the scenes that warrants a deeper look.
