Refund due to missing feature

Hello.

I paid for VIP yesterday, but admittedly, I missed the part where it said that Plex only supports sending data to Trakt, not importing it. This negates the functionality I wanted from Trakt. I previously used Emby which worked both ways, and assumed the Plex integration would also.

Is it possible to get a refund, as I only paid for it yesterday?
