Canceling VIP (refund?) because Plex Scrobbler/Syncing is no longer working

Hi,

just a few days ago my subscription got extended for another year and shortly after I had to notice that Scrobbling as well as syncing from Plex does no longer work. I have to cancel my subscription and wanted to ask if there is a refund.

Please open a support ticket. In general the Plex scribbler is working ok, so we can help you troubleshoot why it’s not working. I have the ability to turn on enhanced debugging to try and determine the issue or any errors.
