So when I go there it asks for an email address for code to be sent to. I send my new email address and it does not receive the code.

I can’t use my old email because it’s done and gone.

so its trying to send a verification code to your old email address to allow you to change your email address, is that right? If that’s the case then I think @support is going to have to help with updating the email. I’m sure they’ll private message you to assist

Support is not replying to my emails

it’s currently the weekend so they may not respond until monday. give it a little more time
