For some reason the Specials season listed under Rick & Morty on Trakt are not the ones listed on the movie database: Rick and Morty (TV Series 2013- ) - Seasons — The Movie Database (TMDb)
Refreshing doesn’t seem to do anything.
I can’t figure out what’s going on or why they aren’t being pulled correctly.
Rick and Morty is still using TVDB. The developers will have to manually merge the listings in order to preserve user data.
Yes this is a TVDB show currently. However, they also don’t match TVDB either. 177 listed on Trakt but only 104 on TVDB. I raised a ticket for this issue today myself.
Specials on TVDB are now also locked from user entry so not sure whats been happening over there.
Sounds like TVDB had 177 at one time and paired the specials down to 104. We’ll handle it via support ticket, but we are quite backed up on the more advanced data fixes like this. Thanks for your patience.
At present, Trakt shows 179 specials (allegedly refreshed from TVDB on 2021-10-27), while the 180th episode has been available on TVDB and TMDB since 2021-10-10 or earlier. Flexget and Plex had no problem picking up the metadata from TVDB.
