All searches on the website are just giving a 500 error
V2 or V3? V2 working fine for me right now.
V2 & v3… same here. 500 error on v2, service unreachable on v3.
I’ve been getting sporadic errors on the website (v3). Constant retry eventually gets a loaded page (briefly) then back to the connection error.
Starting to see loading errors in various sections of the iOS app…
Nothing is working… probably because TV Time announced they’re closing and people are flooding Trakt and other similar sites while they can still get their data from TV Time before it closes in 2 weeks.
Have had that for a while but the website (preferred) works.
Now episodes are not able to get marked as watched from the iOS app either…
hope trakt team is able to look into all the issues happening this evening.
it shows up as watched and marked as watched in v2 but not in v3 website and apps and api also isn’t able to show it.
I think there’s a delay happening.
there was a small delay, it happened to me as well but it seems to be fine again
Yes but it’s been off and on all afternoon and evening. Hopefully trakt support team will have a better sense of what’s going on in the morning.
my issue only happened when you posted, i didnt have any issues earlier today during work. according to reddit there was an apparent influx of people come from another service thats shuttering so maybe thats why the service was slower or down earlier.
I’m having similar issue as well as I have subscribed VIP on my iPhone but the app is showing me as not subscribed
