Short films not importing from TMDB

Short description of the issue

  • Several short films that premiered recently at a film festival are on TMDB with IMDB IDs but not present in Trakt
    • /movie/1688989-matches
    • /movie/1655768-dread
    • /movie/1545281-tuna-tartare

it can take up to 24 hours for items to be picked up so if the IDs were added within that time that might be why

“Dread” has had the IMDB ID on it since March.

“Matches” has since May 6.

tuna tartare is here (this had the imdb id added just yesterday so it wouldn’t import right away)

Thanks for importing them! Or if they were already imported, the search is so terrible it didn’t find them.

@otakunet21 One more from the festival if you can get this imported too thanks. Has had the IMDB ID since last year.

Also this one I just added a release date as it still said post-production. Has to be refreshed before Trakt will allow me to mark as watched.

Thanks! I guess I still have to wait for the last one to refresh so it doesn’t say Post-Production anymore.

yeah i didn’t bother checking to find them i just ran the import and of they were already there it just points me to the page for them. its usually automatic but it does have its delays

it might be able to import, did i miss a title or link somewhere?

No I’m referring to “I’m Gonna Kill You”. Added the release date on TMDB earlier today and marked as released but still waiting for Trakt to notice.

ah gotcha. that’ll likely be within 24 of when the change was made
