A New Home for Feedback

Last year, we introduced the Public Feedback Board and Roadmap. Under the hood, it was using Productboard. We tried it. We learned from it. And ultimately, it didn’t fit how we want to build Trakt. It wasn’t community-driven enough, required creating a separate account, and didn’t allow public discussion around ideas. So we moved to using Featurebase.
