is it possible to switch payment methods from PayPal to a credit card without losing 1-year badge?

Yes, you will first need “cancel” the current VIP membership then sign up using Stripe for a credit card payment. Keep in mind, it charges immediately so you might want to re-sign up closer to your expiration date.

The problem is that my PayPal subscription is inactive, still I cannot change payment methods.

I cannot upload images so I send links to images.

I cancelled the membership at PayPal. You can sign up again closer to your expiration date and you’ll retain your VIP years badge.

i was able to do was keep Paypal from charging me again. Is that what you mean by cancelling?

Yes, once you cancel the automatic renewal, you should be able to sign up again.

what if i delete account on the app? will I lose everything, or can I get it back? will I be able to use the same email and user name?

Don’t delete your account. You will lose your data if you do that.

I am not deleting anything, but no one is telling me anything of any substantial value. So, if there is anyone in charge who can put all the pieces together of this way toooo long chat, please tell me what to do, step by step. Don’t be vague, and don’t tell me something that might not work, because that’s all I have gotten so far.

Normally, if you go to the VIP page with an active VIP account, you have the option to cancel it. Try doing it in the website, if the app isn’t working when you try to cancel it.

Once you cancel it, you should be able to sign up again with another paying method, if you wish.
However, if that option isn’t showing up for you, there might be a bug, so we need to know exactly what is happening on your end, so please, if you can, try sending an image of how the page is for you after you cancel it.

See the attached picture. It says blocked. It could be because it shows a picture of a bank account that I do not have anymore. That is a PNC logo.

On yalls website, the only options I have are VIP FORUMS, PAYMENT HISTORY and RENEW NOW. When I click on RENEW NOW the page tries to change, but it stays the same. I have tried opening in a new window. Nothing works.
What should I do now?

There might be a bug on the page since you have VIP EP and we don’t have that option anymore. I asked the developers and I need to wait their answer.
I’ll either inform you once I have it, or one of them will reply here.

This person is on VIP EP, which was always $60. I will look into a way of allowing a re-signup for EP for this special case. Hopefully I have some movement later in the week.
