It will show on Channel 4 in the UK tomorrow, ( All 4 - TV Guide ) so far it’s not showing up on Trakt.
I’m pretty sure the reason is TMDB, they don’t have it and their specials section for Taskmaster UK is locked. ( Taskmaster: Season 0 (2018) — The Movie Database (TMDB) )
tvdb has it: Taskmaster - Taskmaster's New Year Treat 2023 - TheTVDB.com
They’ve added it, but curiously I just saw that this “uses TMDB” but the specials are seemingly not from there and thus a huge mess? Shouldn’t have been migrated like this…!

Hm, I still don’t see it here? Taskmaster Specials - Trakt And TMDB doesn’t have it, either.
I guess this will get ignored until TMDB has the episode? And nobody over there is doing anything, even though there are many people in their forums asking to unlock the specials.
Since the show uses TMDB as the datasource, yes it would need to be added over there before it shows up on Trakt.
