The website works fine on mobile and on pc but the mobile app doesn’t work I’ve tired reinstalling and resetting my Wi-Fi but nothing works
Can you open the full list of ‘Up Next’ (press View All to the right of that section) and see if there’s a more explicit error message?
I’m seeing this too, since yesterday. Web works fine but nothing in the iOS app loads. The error I’m seeing in Up Next is a little vague: “Failed to load. A network error occurred with code: 400. Duration: -0.3367… Code: 2”
I just tried signing out of the iOS app and signing back in, and that seems to have fixed it for me. Seems like an auth issue.
