Sync issue between Website and App

  • Sync not working between up next for app and website

Detailed description with additional context about the workflow

  • When I go to the website it shows my full up next. When I use the app, for a while some showed up but not all. As of yesterday, nothing shows up in the app. I’ve logged out, reinstalled the app and cleared cache. Same issue.

Could you share more info about the iOS version you’re using?
Is this only an issue with Up Next? Nothing else?

26.2.1 For IOS on my iPhone. Unfortunately not much to show via image. Seems like just up next. On the phone app 2 episodes of the timeline don’t show up as unwatched while the do on the website version. The website version is correct.

Can you share the two shows that you are not seeing on the iOS app? Can you check if you see them on app.trakt.tv? I guess you are currently looking at either https://trakt.tv/dashboard or the progress page.

It seems to be a Continue Watching issue more than a sync issue. Does things fix themselves if you mark the next episode watched? Then it would be a caching issue.

Maybe something else to check: are the episodes marked as released? If they are not, the Continue Watching won’t show them.
