The show, The Boy, the Queen & Everything in Between, is on TVDB and has the episodes listed, but does not appear in searches on Trakt website or iOS app. How do we correct this?
that’s because trakt pulls from TMDB. you’ll need to check on TMDB and make edits there and if anything needs removed, you’ll need to report it to TMDB first, then once it’s removed, then report it on Trakt.
Trakt has not imported metadata from TVDB for a long while.

I mistyped. It is on TMDB and that’s what I meant to type. It has a season and episode data there. So what else needs to be done?

When a page exists on TMDB, but doesn’t exist on Trakt, there is an option to import located in the footer of the webiste. You just need the TMDB ID(the numbers in the URL):

Thank you for importing that. I see it in there now. I looked for an import but didn’t know where it was. I see it now.
For future reference must all new tv shows be manually imported?
“Import Movies” and “Import TV Shows” can be seen at the bottom. I’ve always done it manually if i don’t see the show or movie. For me, i’ve always done it manually if I don’t see it in trakt but it’s in tmdb.
Most of them show up when the system checks for TMDB updates, but some might be skipped in that automatic import, so need to be manually imported.
Also, if you try to import a page that already exists, the website will redirect you to that page.
