There was a very annoying thing that happened: I had watched “The People v. OJ Simpson” and trakted it correctly. However, they then wanted to release new seasons and renamed the show as American Crime Story and this resulted in losing all my progress.
I know this is a very specific thing that probably will never happen again, but I really, really hate that it happened (and think it should have never happened in the first place). Is there any way to recover my trakted data, or do I seriously need to add a bulk watch…?
Please provide the Trakt links for each show. Renaming a show wouldn’t lose any progress, but I’d need to look up the specific shows to check the data first.
Here’s the link for The People v. OJ Simpson (American Crime Story Season 1 - Trakt). I can’t find the old link, it is as if the show was renamed but the views were not transferred.
Without the original link I can’t look up much for the old data. In general the data should be migrated over to the new show prior to being deleted, but I don’t know the history for this show to say for sure that was done.
