I fell in love with Alan Ritchson, ever since I saw him on DC Legends. But, OMG!! Now he is belt like a WWF wrestler! Were did those arms come from? LOL… I’m still trying to figure out whether or not I like this new TV show. I know the ratings are good, I’m just not connecting to the show. Maybe I just need to watch it some more…
He was actually in Titans not Legends… and as far as his size he needed to bulk up and get as large as possible because the Jack Reacher character in the books is 6 foot 5 and a absolute mountain of a man. He is physically the best representation of the literary character just on size alone, but he also has a cool yet don’t mess with me vibe that is perfect as well
Kindly correct yourself, by going to IMDB website…
So, wait? Reacher is a comic book character? Now THAT I did not know… It’s been so long since I’ve read comic books. They’ve gone incredibly expensive. Funny how an industry that almost died, is now the most sought after for big screen ideas… Hmmmmmm…
No need to correct myself and in no way to Iean to razz or imply you were incorrect just that the 30 second cameo he had in DC Legends was a shot of him and Minka Kelly in their Titans costumes of Hawk and Dove. So yes while he was in that show it was a blink and you might miss it montage of multiple cameos ranging from all forms of DC media ranging from other CW shows the shows that began on the failed DC network all the way back to Burt Ward from the old Adam West Batman during the Crisis on Infiniti Earth’s 5 night crossover.
He was in a minimum of 2 seasons (2018 and 2019) of Titans prior to the cameo in 2020. But if that is where you first saw him I get that but he just did not have large part so i was confused.
Jack Reacher is not a comic book (they may have tried after the Jack Reacher movies to do a comic version I can not recall) it is a series of novels written by Lee Child. In the intro to Reacher it let’s you know the season is a adaptation of the first book in the series call “The Killing Floor” which is good because there are a good amount of books they could use to influence other seasons and I saw they got a season 2 and 3 already from what I have seen in the news
Well, I guess you know better than me. I really can’t keep up with these shows. Especially those that deal with comic book/super hero characters. I’m still waiting for Tatum to play Gambit. I don’t even know what’s real, and what’s a rumor anymore. The only comic movie I believe is real comic out is Black Adam, and I think they’re supposed to be making a Shazam 2. (oh yeah… Batman of course) I’m sure covid is responsible for a lot of these franchises putting a bunch of things on hold/cancellations.
Sh*t!!! Never mind, they’ve cancelled Gambit… I’m furious right now…
Ok… Some how I mixed him up with Falk Hentschel as Hawk Man. That’s what it was… My memory isn’t as good as it used to be… Either that… Tooo many shows…
Haha totally makes sense
I just think it’s really funny how you linked books with comics instead of books books
(not trying to make fun of you! I just sincerely thought that.)
Also I really want to read the book series, as I enjoyed the movies very much
If you’d payed attention to my beginning statement, I mentioned that I liked the actor who also happened to be because I first became aware of him in his quick appearance of the TV comic book show “DC legends of Tomorrow.” Funny how people make assumptions without reading into the entire context of a conversation.
You speak as if I’m some sort of “boy-child.” That is condescending…
I was referring to this
And then your reply of so he’s a comic book character? At least that’s what I think you were referring to.
But I just learned that I should never post stuff like that here again because I don’t the people here and they think everyone is just always out to get them
Either that, you don’t have a grasp for the English language as well as you think you do.
